The Terraces development is a 4-unit multi-family residential building located in Coronado, California. The design of The Terraces takes inspiration from the high-density, urban row houses of Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Each home is oriented vertically with three living levels, one of which being subterranean, and topped with a roof deck featuring an expansive San Diego skyline view. The row house configuration allows each home to have a separate front and rear entrance, while sharing only the dividing side walls.
